MISSION STATEMENT Troop 39 Leadership will strive To provide a safe haven for each Scout which will allow him the opportunity to mature and come to see the Scouting movement as a special place where he can develop Scouting spirit and values based on the Scout Oath and Law. To provide all Scouts with an opportunity to interact with leaders that place an emphasis on making ethical choices in life and emphasize the importance of accepting responsibility for one's life and actions. To provide all Scouts an opportunity to experience the value of meaningful community service and good citizenship. To also provide the opportunity for every Scout to increase their leadership capabilities and above all have FUN! THE ADULT LEADERS (SCOUTERS)
